okay i removed the previous poll and done this one instead because i forgot all about Mr. Mundy

which one would you rather in your team?

whichever way i end up going what would be the best way to go about it? i have 260k remaining

Swan, Boyd, Selwood, Montagna, Foley, Liberatore   (Hibberd, Harris, Irons)


because i already have a good amount of cash i was thinking of going Irons -> Mzungu, Libba -> to the Premo

that way i get rid of freakin Irons and i still have Harris to upgrade to Pendles after his 2nd bye.

i'm thinking of holding onto Foley.. i know thats alot of cash there but if i'm able to hang onto him i have awesome cover in the finals (only after a league win)


or would it be better to go Harris -> Mzungu, Libba -> to the Premo and upgrade Foley to Pendles after his 2nd bye. leaving me with a nice bank account

which would be the best way to go about it?

bring in scotty T. has proven that he can pull big numbers in a struggling team plus has the league bye .

Any four would be a good choice.  If going for league win I would look at each players draw for the final 4 weeks and upgrade to the player who you think will score the most during these 4 weeks.  I am in the process of looking at this myself with Libba upgrade and atm it is a toss between Priddis and Hodge. I would go Irons > Mzungu to give you the MPP Link to forwards and Libba to a prem you can afford.  Upgrading Foley to Pendles after bye as well will give you an awesome mid.

looking at the final rounds it's probably best to go with Priddis. gonna absolutely murder adelaide at home in the grand final.. hoping that i get there of course. only 1 score below 100 and that was a 92.

top 3 highest scores 142, 134 and 128.

seems like a good player to have, although it's still hard to look passed Thompson, Mundy or Hodgey.. saying that i think i've made up my mind and Priddis is the winner!

would that be the correct trade to make?

scotty thompson is bringing home the goods atm, we all thought he was more of a DTer due to his i guess non spectacular disposal as compared with other midfielders in the competetion. good thing about him is he is a tackling machine so if he only ends up with the 20 disposals he can get his score over the ton with his work ethic. and the fact a few inside mids are injured at the crows means he is a good pick. has got the best role for fantasy at adelaide.
hodge is obviously the first you would pick on paper but we get this perception that he won't score as high - burgoyne is fit for one, and all the other on-ballers on their day will starve him of points.
it sucks we all don't want judd and murphy or i guess even watson due to their byes!
i'd say priddis is a good pick m8 esp for finals - WCE got tigers, dees, bombers, crows for our fantasy finals. that aint too bad

thanks mate, gonna pick Priddis for 2 reasons, 1 is he's a consistant scorer and 2 is he has a fairly easy finals series as you've shown.

what would be the best way to go about it?

i'm thinking of going with the way of keeping Foley if possible, purely for the awesome back up reason. and if needed i should be able to make money/trade to a premo

yea drop irons he is maybe this years relton roberts!! still on rookie list isn't he?
probably not the best return and it costs you a trade but mzungu is worth that trade and he'll make up for the lack of coin made by irons. i would presume you have prems in your forward line who have mpp link so trade mzungu for irons for sure. harris could get to 350k if he gets back into it. foley- yea hold him he'll do okay for now and if you end up replacing him with pendles thats sweet m8! i'd be inclined to drop foley the moment his BE is not achievable, injury prone!!!

I would wait for Team announcements and if both Libba and harris named I would go Libba to Priddis.  If either is not named then decision is easy as price of one will not change.  Of the 2 Libba has the least chance of making B/e given he is playing the pies and because of this would not ssurprise for general soreness to arise for him.

yeah definately gonna wait till teams are named.. good chance everyone mentioned will get a game (besides Irons of course) so i think i'm going Irons -> Mzungu, Libba -> Priddis... ...on friday of course ;)
