Fyfe vs. Pav

upgrading matera and i am getting either fyfe or pav

which one is the better option?

fyfe is averaging more but is only a 2nd year player so is a bit dodgy, only scored below 100 3 times, one 95 and one injured

pav is a proven gun but has only cracked the hundred twice this year and has otherwise been mainly in the 80s

Fyfe all the way for now. It's true Pav is a gun, but he'll be better value once he returns to the forward line later in the season. Also, one of these two can be called on to sacrifice their own game with a shutdown job on an opposition player... and it ain't Fyfe.

Anyone concerned fyfe and Pav will have to work at stoppages because there will be no Sandi advantage

Pav has the runs on the board and durable, Fyfe is a little ripper.
To be honest i have both and very happy so far.

If Freo can get some guys back on the ground Pav will go forward and start ripping out tons more consistently.

Just brought in fyfe for Tappy, hope he tears s**t up in perth this week.... dry track so should be up for a fast running high possession game

Fyfe gets most of his ball around the ground in open play, so change in stoppages shouldn't affect him too much

took fyfe this week before his price goes up ....could have gone Pav, but i think the Pavalova is going to struggle to rise as much as he used to....

even heading back into forward line more is no guarantee of more points - in fact, I think it might hurt - midfield is generally where the points are....

Fyfe on the other hand, plays running midfield, and link man....Sandi or no Sandi, makes little difference to his output, and just looks like a young gun....

anyway - my choice locked - Fyfe the new star...(I hope  :-\)
