Swallow to Hodge ?

D Swallow was always a lovely cash cow ride...and maybe the ride is over??

i know he probably has another 10-20k to make, but by the same token, Hodge will go up that much too...

Hodge looking like the is confident again and back in form - plus Hawks also on the up

Lastly - Hawks have a great DT finals run...

Swallow - outside of last week, averaged only 80's...and i think Hodge will do that on one leg....so for only 65k ish...I'm looking at it as a pretty nice upgrade for a 6th mid keeper

at end - my mids would then be:
Swann, Pendles, Boyd, Thompson, Mundy, Hodge....(Harris,Isles, jacobs)

what do you recon ??

I'd be happy with that, looks to be back and firing with Hawks play style very DT friendly. I'm jumping on Thompson (vaguely recall you calling his form preseason Bundy) this week but one more ton for Hodge would have me well and truly on board for 6th mid.

yeh Hardnut....suckling and thompson were my two uniques pre season.....and I'm pretty happy with that so far....

have been pumping up Suckling for ages now when everyone questioning whether he can keep his scores up, and seems that thompson is only now getting some recognition as people are looking more forward...

hope they both stay injury free....:) - if that happens, I'll be super happy with them....

it's a bet...on hodge...is he really back??...otherwise my plan would be selwood, but i need to find a fair bit more cash for him  :-[  so Hodge still looks a good option...
