Suckling or Puopolo?

my backs are

deledio, adcock, goddard, shaw, heppell, gibbs, lower   (toy, coad, hibberd)


is it better to go  toy --> puopolo and thats it  (no cash to double trade this week)

or go   curnow --> jacobs   and    lower (or toy) to Suckling?

is puopolo worth passing over? and is suckling THAT good?

I'm in a very similar situation as you, and I think I decided to pass up puopolo for suckling. I don't have hibberd yet, and don't want to play bewick this week as my 7th mid so I'm going with:
Lower -> Suckling
Curnow -> Hibberd

im leaning towards going curnow to jacobs, and toy to suckling... that way i can always use the cash lower has made to upgrade someone else down the line. so many IFs tho. what is suckling drops off. what if puopolo develops into a keeper. what if my rooks get the boot like toy did? DT is racking my brain!
