Mundy/Money Issues

I've got a big league game this week and would really like to bring in Mundy as a unique (as in no one in my league as him!) but to do this I need to trade Yarran out and upgrade Harris as I don't have the cash spare.

The only way I can squeeze it is to trade Yarran -> Callinan and then Harris -> Mundy.
I would then move Higgins back to the forwards and Callinan would be the 10th forward.

I know there's obviously better options to downgrade to (Mzungu would be preferred) so am I better off taking say Mzungu then upgrading Harris to a mid slightly lower in value? I think Mundy is ideal with the league bye and is clearly Freo's number 1 mid now, and I have cover for the forwards still so I'm tempted to take the gamble.

Just checking, am I missing anything more obvious??

Yeah fair point guys, I was really only looking at trading those two out was what I meant!

Mate... Just trade out Swallow. Harris can still make another 60 - 80k

Swallow probably only has 20 or 30k left to make.

So.. Yarran -> Mzungu

Swallow -> Mundy

Problem solvered.

Move Broughton on... carrying him & Duffield still - wow. I think your situation has replaced the literal definition of 'patience' in the Dictionary!

I agree with Bluke, that wasn't really very hard at all. If you're about to say 'I like David' then cull Libba.

Also make sure you don't bring in Callinan, he is still rookie listed so that would be a wasteful trade to save $17K compared to Mzungu

Not sure about Broughton and Duffield in your team either but with that much cash can you do straight swaps to Suckling and Stiffy?

Yeah thanks guys that really wasn't so tough, that's why I needed a different perspective!

I don't know about Broughton or Duffield but I just feel I've stuck with them this long I may as well stick with them for now and hope one of them comes good! But yes I know they have been HORRIBLE so far...
