Goddard is still a massive YES. Anyone who thinks this guy will stay down for long is niave. Once he and the saints get their heads right they will start scoring well enough again.

Suckling hasn't played enough football for me.

At this stage of the year, I only select durable players - Suckling hasnt demonstrated durability. Take a punt at the start of the year sure, theres plenty of time and trades to fix mistakes.

There have been so many LTIs so far this season that its a big risk to take a punt on someone who has played under 15 games over three seasons and who has already missed a game with a knee complaint this season.

Suckling was a knock to the knee nothing structual.
So you wouldnt have Grimes , Adcock , Broughton , Shaw (Misses with back trouble occasionally) in your backline ever then.
I bet you have one or two of these in your side or had at some stage or your backline would be ordinary or need to traded come
finals.
