Which downgrade!

Need to downgrade one of these guys to smith or puopolo this week. Which is the best downgrade considering the rookies that come in to my team?

have to wait till teams come out but if im not planning on keeping duigan, does it make more sense trading him? no doubt id rather play him over pops and lower but he wont stay in my team

yep, i was always going to get in jacobs next week! smith has useful mpp but mzungu should play this week or next week as well as callinan some time. i just want the teams out already!
