Upgrade Defense, Midfield or Backline?

Cannot decide which area to upgrade this week.

My team:
B: Goddard, Deledio, Gibbs, Suckling, Murphy, Duigan, Thompson (Lower, Buckley, Stanley)
M: Swan, Judd, Pendles, Cross, Heppell, Krakourer (Harris, Bewick, Swallow)
R: Sandilands, Mumford (Smith, Tippett)
F: Franklin, N.Roo, J.Roo, Fyfe, Goodes, Darling, Knights (Tapscott, Matera, Prestia)

Looking to downgrade Knights to maybe Smith.
Then either upgrade Lower or Thompson to Adcock/Shaw down back
Or Upgrade Swallow to Selwood or Mundy
Or Tapscott or Matera to ROK (a little cash left over)

Any thoughts?

I would be looking at getting ENRIGHT in for DUIGAN/LOWER Your forwards look ok and still have a bit of $$ to make but ENRIGHT is cheap and looks ripe for the picking this week.
