Ok, after days and days of stewing on all the possible trades its done and dusted and cant be changed now.

Did you pull the trigger - are you confident ??

I went Harris to Smith (yes Harris still had coin to make but being out for the next two weeks helped me make the punt)
& Anthony to Selwood.

Grimes stayes on the pine being covered by luke thompson and turns into a cheaper Goddard next week..

Pretty happy but not a real upgrade as in my mind Anthony should have been a keeper!!

i went grimes - shaw.
tempted to go curnow - to jacobs to avoid a 0 in back line, but i will resist the tempation for this week.

I decided to keep Curnow after doing my research and looking ahead. So I just went:

Grimes -> Heath Shaw

And next week will have to sell one of Swallow, Harris, or Curnow as I cop a doughnut with those 3 plus Iles all sitting out. Issac Smith a perfect candidate to come in if he keeps up last weeks form.

Haha, I did exactly the same, and I'm in the same position next week! Have a lot of money banked from some downgrades last week though, so I'm going to be going Swallow > Boyd and Curnow > Swan hopefully, if they play blinder's I might not be able to afford them though...

Grimes to Shaw, Ottens to Jacobs.

Jacobs trade allows Heppell into backs with Curnow uprgade next week. Should be able to get Pendlebury next week.

Only 1 upgrade in mids & backs required now.

I think we did the right move, mate. If Curnow comes back scoring 100s you won't regret it. I don't think it'll be longer than 4 weeks out so should be playing by round 13/14.

Ok the trade I did might be a bit dodge but now I have finished my forward line with Knights as my 7th forward.

Did Harris --> Smith then Matera --> Goodes

Missed out on some money but I would have had to wait a while for that anyway.

I don't get it. You're going to have to wait ages for Curnow to make money, and with Harris having a bye next week anyway, he'll only miss one round and will quickly go up in price. Swallow and Curnow are the fatter cows aren't they? I can see the logic, as Curnow is the best of the bunch and could still come back and throw out a 90-100 avg, but is Harris really that much worse than Curnow? He's going to get upgraded to a premium sooner or later anyway no?
