How can i make this team better? Should i trade a few like Gybbs/montagna?

This is my seond year and im starting to think i might need some help so thought id try this out. How can i make this team better? Should i trade a few like Gybbs/montagna? I only have 10k in bank.

Back: Goddard, Shaw, Delidio, Grimes, Heppell, Lower.  Bench: Otten, Toy, Stanley.
Mid: Watson, Gybbs, Montagna, Swan, Kennedy, Fyfe. Bench: Liberotre, Atley, Harris
Ruck: Cox, Sandialnds. Bench : R. Campbell, Smith
Forward: J.reidwolt, Johnson, Frankilin, Silvia, Dawes, Dalring, Petrie, Bench: Matera, Prestia, Markovic.

Thats a Very nice side. I would trade otten and lower out for enright and a rook.

Ok so i should trade out maby LOwer and otten get one 90k rookie and enright? thats the only way i can see myself affording enright.

I am ranked 5055....the byes hurt me a little bit.
