I am thinking about downgrading Duigan => Hibberd and Otten => Luke Thompson... But is it worth my effort? Will free up about $200k??? :-/

thompson already gone initial price rise? Is it possible to upgrade otten to anyone worthwhile? how much cash you got in the bank?
