Double downgrade or not??

I am in a bit of a sticky situation with my upgrades and downgrades.

I am almost definitely going to downgrade duigan to hibberd but then i am unsure of what to do next.

my options are these;
1. Upgrade Prestia to Selwood
2. Upgrade Otten to Enright
3. Downgrade Bewick/Prestia to Wallis.

I really want to get Chapman and Mitchell over the next few weeks so whats my best option? I am leaning towards options 2 and 3.

Here is my current team. I have used 5 trades and I have $146,100 in the bank.

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Deledio, Grimes, Heppell, Toy, Lower - Stanley, Otten, Duigan
Mids: Swan, Pendlebury, Boyd, Bartel, Curnow, Liberatore - Harris, Bewick, Prestia
Ruck: Sandilands, Cox - Smith, J Tippett
Fwds: Buddy, Johnson, N Riewoldt, Didak, Knights, Petrie, Darling - Tapscott, Matera, Richardson
