some may of heard about my hamstring, i tore it for the 2nd time in 2 years and was out for 4 weeks :(. But now im back this week and i simply cant wait :) i missed footy so much in the last 3 weeks. I missed importent matched for stingrays and my local club and i was shattered but i am looking foward to this week.

thank you :), yeah it should be i feel like my hammy gotten stronger so thats a good sign. Ive only really done 1 injuiry and i did it twice :/
