Need advice for this weeks trade dilemma!!!

Looking to trade out duigan and bring in mitch wallis, however to do this i need to do a double trade, and bring in a premium backman. My question is: which back to bring in and which mid to get rid of?! My backs/ mids are:

backs: Goddard, Gibbs, enright, broughton, grimes, l thompson, heppel (hibberd, duigan, toy)
Mids: Watson, cotchin, curnow, pavlich, montagna, Libba (swan, Harris, swallow)

Was thinking maybe adcock in, swallow or Harris out?? Thanks in advance!

Well yeah they do but not as much as wallis will go up after this round.. Or is the extra cash not worth wasting a trade for??

Not sure about Wallis. A better choice would be Illes imo. Won GC's best and fairest last year looks to have a spot cemented in the team,mature aged and was one of their better players vs the dons kicking 2 goals ;)
