Rhys Palmer

I have Rhys Palmer in my side as either a keeper towards end of season or looking to upgrade him. But with him not having a lot of TOG he scores are suffering, he does score well when on the field but his not playing in midfield more in the half forwards. Do i look to trade him to Curnow and get 50K for it or look at getting Fyfe who is a keeper?

-I wouldn't be looking at getting curnow, no certainty he'll maintain this average all yr and If you haven't got him by now I'd move on.
- Fyfe is looking great atm (I love the guy) but given his slight stature and only being a second year player again It remains to be seen how he'll go during the second half of the season..
- Both trade options seem too sideways imo, I think your better of keeping Palmer: He hasn't bled much in value and is showing that he can score so I'd hold out. His 70 something games could turn into 90+ pretty quickly with a more more minutes on ground. No need to pull the trigger just yet IMO.

agreed give him some time. he could become a straight swap into a fallen premium in a few weeks... (judd)

I've got Palmer GinoGod and I'm keeping the faith. He has bottomed out now and should beat his BE this week. His score in rd 3 could have been 100+ if he had converted and this week could have been 90+

I would prefer to see him in the middle but obviously Harvey has other ideas. Hopefully he can string 3 or 4 decent scores together and we can straight swap him for a fallen prem.

Palmer is getting plenty of TOG he is just spending most of it in the forward line.  He hasn't spent much time in the midfield at all.

i'm struggling to keep the faith.....tossing up keeping palmer or upgrading to thompson from the crows before price changes too much...

he looks like he is on fire, plus great run in the finals plus easy draw through  season......

im just concerned with his TOG and him playing in forward line and limited midfield time, he is scoring well when he is on but always starting on the bench for first 5-10 mins of every game and Freo dont rotate there players a lot. Im waiting to see if he is named on the bench or field this week.

im almost certain he will start on the bench. I've got a feeling harvey doesnt like palmer much... Maybe he has signed with GWS
