Topic/Post notification

Just wondering if there is a way that when you 'Log In' to the FFF (Fan Footy Forums) that you could get a notification about someone replying/quoting something you wrote. Either as a response you made to someone else, or a response to a thread you started...

With the amount of posts/threads made on the FFF's it is often hard to track where the topic disappeared to (if it is off the front page there are times you have to go back to the 5th-6th page to find your last post/thread)

I'm aware of the e-mail notification but it clogs up my e-mail/work mail and cant afford to get 30+ emails from one thread, let alone including posts aswell.

Just an idea as i think it would improve the site, otherwise, keep up the good work.
