Team Changes who goes OUT?

Hi DT Community,
I am only interested in winning my leage.  Below is my team.

I am happy to sacrifice this weeks win (i am 2-0) as it is a 50/50 game and i am looking to the future, given rounds 4-7 there are no DT round matches.

So...
I want to get in Curnow and Tapscott this week, the question is WHO DO I REPLACE?
Clearly i am looking to get Swan and possibly Chapman in by rounds 7 and 8.

I am thinking either
Montagna or Foley - For Curnow
Franklin or Matera - For Tapscott

Which two do you think or are there others i should be considering giving the big A.

if any it has to be foley, you dont get rid of premo's joey and buddy and you dont want to get rid of a rookie who is already scoring well in matera

I kind of Agree with both of you hence the post... 

Now that i have put my team up, perhaps my question makes more sence... 

The delema is I would like those two in but who do you think i should replace?  Tapscott is the one that is hard to squeeze in agreed!

keep your premi's if you want to get rid of Foley for Curnow you can but are you going to start him against the pies??

Looking at your team there is no reason to trade at all. We will all miss a gun rookie along the way and I will be missing a couple but your team is fine just a waste of trades

your team does'nt require any trades,but, if you must, go foley >>> libba . i think libba will have better js. good side!!

Was considering the no trade option, mainly becuase Curnow has played aginst GWS and Richmond.  His scoring may start to slow.

I have Libba Jr in the team already.

Spending a couple of extra trades doesnt bother me as we have 24 this year AND i am not that interested in going for the Car - just my league.  That gives me plenty of weeks that i will not be trading, generally 4-7.

Reasonably happy with Team - have had 2000+ without Swan twice.  I guess i anticipated he may come back a little and i would upgrade him - who knew?

i would back u on foley to libba but i just can't justify getting tapscott in. i have richardson, matera and darling in the fwd line who are all doing well enough so i just can't waste a trade there. i dnt think u really have the option of getting tapscott in either because u have the exact same fwd rookies

^I'm in the same boat as you, but I have richardson, matera and (prestia/krakouer mpp), and atm none of them are doing badly enough to get dropped
if they'd had some consistent sub 50 games, I would have considered it, but atm, nah.

that being said, I could be kicking myself come round 24 :P

Yeh its a tough one to get in Taps.  Perhaps i can give Knights the A?  He generally scores the same and i will get some cash in the bank for later upgrades.

Not to mention the guy is usually in 3 out 5 due to injury.

Tappy is obviously doing well but it looks to me like you are trading for the sake of trading. Like you said in your very first line, your priority is your league so if you want to win it you will NEED at least 4 trades for finals.

As Fenno says we will all miss great rookies at some stage - it is impossible to have them all. You picked well with Libba (or did you trade for him) so be content with that.

You currently have ALL 33 players playing - you can't ask for more than that imo. KEEP YOUR TRADES

See what you are saying with Knights but he had almost a full pre-season this year which makes a huge difference to all players.

I think you should be very happy with 33 playing and no trades burnt!! With a very solid team in!
