Swallow or Libba?

Got a team I'm helping out and I'm starting to worry Libba could be a sub. Better to play Swallow?

Libba. Don't worry if Libba is a sub at one point in the game, he'll still score the same as Swallow (unless Swallow tears it up, which I don't expect).
