concussion rule

how will this affect players such as hayes, jude bolton and selwood hard at it nuts who can get concussed?
Is anyone concerned?

Hehe no one seemed too concerned in DT-land but maybe I should have posted in DT Strategy rather than Players and Trades.

Obviously some players are definitely more prone to getting head knocks and you'd keep it in mind. But Champion Data rewards the hard ball gets etc so you can't avoid these types of players, whereas in DT you don't get any points for being tough, so this rule only brings downside to the inside, more concussion-prone players.

well well well, hate to say it, but i sorta called this. Selwood already in rnd 1, knew i shoulda traded him out when they brought the late rule change in

worry not eagles. selwood's a battler and he had cammy ling down there with him feeding him paddle pops to ice down that jaw of his. he'll be fine next week

hope so stewfoss, they said he was unconcious for 3 minutes, thats a long time, id say very doubtful for next week, especially for an interstate trip

Have Selwood & Waite in my side who were both 1st quarter knockouts. To be fair I dont think they would have let Selwood back on the field last year anyway. Oxygen mask a bad look.
