better options for atley and conca?

not convinced with a significant price rise for atley's 40 average nor conca's 50 average.

is there any midfielder rookie who looks like a certain starter or a good scoring player to replace either of them? or should I wait a bit and be patient with them. I already have swallow, Harris, libba and bewick.
