What is this lockout captain stuff all about

I wonder if they would tell everyone first if they fixed the loophole, it really wouldn't be that hard to fix.

Wait so your saying if you put a Richmond or Carlton player captain you get to do what?

This topic has been covered many times already, but basically if you name a Carlton or Richmond as VC and they score well, then you don't need to name a captain.

If you have already named a captain, then trade them out, ie Swan to Goddard, save the team, then do that trade again in reverse. You will then have no captain.

If your nominated VC doesn't do well, nominate a captain. Simple ;)

From what i remember, you could hypothetically have judd as your vice captain, and if he scores huge, just don't nominate a captain at all and take the double score from him! If on the other hand, he only scores average, then you are free to nominate a captain on friday.
