Hey guys.
Who do you think is the better option with the sub rule, and job security in the 22 etc. Tarrants pre season has been fairly good against Otten who could be a star this year... if he gets game time

i am sticking with otten. this talk of him being the sub hasnt shaken me. he may be a great player to fit into the sub position, but he is worth more to them as a full game player. the crows are rebuilding, and need there best players and there future being blooded as much as they can.

Yeah i was worried, but im tending to agree. I realise after an article i just saw the sub doesnt get picked until last teams entered 40 mins before the game. So who knows how many of our players it will effect. Also agree otten should play good game time as he is one of their better players when firing!

With Adelaides midfield Otten will play more there so i don't think they could afford to have him on the bench too long, They might sub him off late but i'd be surprised if they started him as a sub, It'd be such a waste and Craig isn't that stupid i don't think !!!

honestly not sure if Otten is in there best 21 (hope so) but the crows are a lot deeper than what many think..... sure they dont have the high level superstars of other teams but players 12-30 are quite solid and there is a lot of competition for spots especially as far as running halfbacks/rotating mids go
