So far 15 (maybe 16 if you count JPK) keepers, only starting with really two rookies (Prestia and Richardson) -- if you count Harris on the field... Im just going to say it this team is unbeatable

THIS WILL BE MY FINAL TEAM but still post your thoughts and Post a link to your team if you think its better

Re: Hugebbq nice team i like the 5 premium defenders but what i dont like is Peitrie, i dont rate him at all at best he has averaged 80 and even though he mannage a nice 107 on the week end that was a nab challenge game, he is missing round 1 and 3 plus he is comming back from long term injury i would be looking more towards knites if you can find the cash nice team though sill not better than mine :)

browny_wce

I would just say that Tarrant is a worry...too many injuies for the kid, hes more injury prone than Petrie

Mine is in the bold. few the same and a few of my uniques. but same amount of keepers. i havent chosen the big 3(swan, goddard and sandilands as i think they will drop in price)

Cheers titan
like I said its my backup at this stage. but the reasoning behind petrie is he will cover my rucks when rested or have bye. i believe he will match knights for points, if not better and there is plenty of cover for round 1 + 3. I'm just not confident in your Tarrant pick.

i think you will have to cop donuts for cox and sandi unless smith or derickz do happen to play those rounds and if they do may not score to well.

I like JPK this year. good pick.

I too was looking at not selecting Goddard, swan etc as their breakevens are massive early on. i believe your strategy may pay off as they will come down like you say and this could work. the only iffy line is your rucks as I dont believe you will have cover for Petrie rounds 1/3 and cop a donut.

if you want that strategy you could possibly do this

DEF: B. Gibbs, C. Bruce, B. Deledio, G. Broughton, J. Grimes, J. Adcock, A. Otten (D. Heppell, N. Duigan, N. Lower)
MID: M. Boyd, L. Montagna, S. Pendlebury, J. Kennedy, N. Foley, D. Prestia (D. Harris, R. Bewick, M. Hibberd)
RUC: D. Cox, B. McEvoy (Z. Smith, T. Derickx)
FWD: B. Harvey, A. Goodes, S. Johnson, N. Riewoldt, M. Pavlich, A. Krakouer, B. Matera (C. Richardson, L. Tapscott, J. Darling)

cheers mate

mids: i want a few uniques in there because if i have geelong, hawthorn or saints, collingwood, and bulldog players they all have byes with eachother, so im going for a different strategy. plus i will get swan later on.

fwds- i cant decide if i should get boomer or pav instead of who i have atm(gia etc)
