Either way just make sure a GC player is your C & is on the pine / should be anyway cause if not oh oh. lol

But if a player is on the pine, they cannot be selected as captain, they have to be on the field.

So you need to have swallow on the field as captain, then have the usual player for that midfield spot as an emergency to cover Swallow.

Almax for the first round just don't select a captain if your VC does well in the thursday night game ;)
