do you guys think pavlich is a must buy at his relatively low price or is there better value for money? btw hes going to be my upgrade for skippy skipworth..

I'm looking at him or Chappy to replace Richo. Just can't decide which one?? Pav is well-priced, but Chappy is posting big scores. Just worried about Chappy's hamstrings!!!

He bottomed out last week (dropped in price, but his current season average now exceeds his Round 7 BE).

For such a hot commodity to be $60,000+ below his starting price, and averaging 103.5 in the past fortnight - this is an investor's must buy for the week.

Your other options are not as attractive.

Brett Deledio needs to show something before anyone considers him a bargain.

Aaron Davey is a Supercoach prospect. His DT numbers will vary week-in-week-out but remain rock solid at SC due to his A+ efficiency.

Brendan Fevola can't be trusted for his price.

The only option I'd fancy apart from Pavlich, is Jared Brennan. I've seen some very astute DT judges recruit him for his seasonal debut (R4) and unlike his first few seasons, is very consistent, a keen ball-winner and his hands are first-rate (if not phenomenal).

He punched out 103 vs. Geelong FCS.

Pavlich is a buy now for investors but I would keep one eye focused on Brennan.

Thanks for the tip on Brennan, Chief. Looks like Pav. in the starting line up was a blue, but one I'm OK to live with this year.

great little thing there chief... to be honest i was also looking at brennan. watching him for the past few weeks he has looked very good and looking to get around the ball more than he use to.

i think best value for money is pavlich only because at that price and his potential ability to post 100+ a week is very tasty.

Pavlich it is... appreciate it guys!

Pavlich also looks set to be playing more of a role in the midfield with the injuries to Crowley and Palmer

valkorum, do you think thats a good thing?

Yes I do believe its a good thing Pav going in to the middle (for Freo).  It may be good for his DT/SC scoring as well.  Who is going to deliver the ball to him if he plays up forward all game?  He needs to be kicking 3 goals a game up forward to get the scores people are looking for.

There is really only Schammer and Haselby, but at least one of them is going to get a tag (or more attention) with Palmer out.  My guess would be Haselby as he is more damaging by foot and is starting to get a lot more clearances and Schammer most likely will get a run with role, like he did when Crowley went down against the Eagles.
