A Dilemma

I live in Canberra.

..... which is a dilemma most days lol.

But poor ol' Canberra is very AFL deprived. So, waiting for confirmation of who we get to see in a preseason match this year, I was very disappointed.

Because this weekend it is...

CARLTON v GWS GIANTS

Sigh.

Now, I've never actually seen Carlton play before, and actually have a genuine interest to see Chris Judd if he plays.

But is it really worth going to see a team I hate the most win by 100+ points? Is it really?! It's not even going to give any decent fantasy results :(

So Carlton fans, convince me that I should give up my Saturday afternoon to see your boys?

SydneyRox

Is it a full game?

Sydney beat them by 80 in half a game??

Maybe you could get a run?

If you were interested in watching Judd, imagine if you could play on him as well!!

That would be worth the trip!

It is a full game, and you raise an interesting point! It shall be taken under avisement.

I have thought deeply about this ossie, and I have decided that you might be better off spending some quality time with your family.
Or, watch last years GF......again. :)

8-6 Suited

Or watch the Pies destroy the Cats... Either way. ;)

i probably wouldnt go to see it if it was in the paddock next door its a danger game for us...  :P not like that i mean this isnt doing us any good playing a colts team it could breed bad habits and general slackness, on the upside its not the last hitout before Rd1 thank John Titor

Hawka

u end up goin??? cos it was a bloody floggin

I fortunately decided not to go! 38 scoring shots to 6.... meh. If I wanted to see a flogging I'd watch the Grand Final Replay again.. hey, that's not a bad idea...

2007 is probably a better example :/
