Byes and player value increases

I'm not sure about the multi-round byes where there are no Super Coach matches - Rounds 4, 5, 6, 16 and 19. Will player stats for these rounds still contribute to player prices going up/down in value?
ie. Judd has a shocking Round 4, 5 and 6, drops in value, then I pick him up ready to go for Round 7

Yes, prices will still change in these rounds for players who play.
