Handling Byes

So am I right in saying that when there is a round with 3 teams having a by then there is no head to head stuff in league Supercoach?
If this is so and you are looking a for a league win surely its a good idea to be picking players from sides like Swans who have their bye with other teams, that way the bye will not affect your league games??
Am I missing something here?
