dreamteamers i have sandi as my no 1 ruck with z smith and r campbell as emerg. whats my best option ?                                                                       1 - k tippett [ruck] and petrie [forw] plus 114,900.                                      2 - petrie [ruck] j.brown plus 14,400.                                                           3 - cox [ruck] petrie [forw] plus 23,600.                                                      no one is picking tippett, but, if his goal kicking has improved [ crows suppoters over here believe he has got rid of the yips], i reckon he might just be a very good pick up [unique-wise]. i'm a power supporter and i hate the crows. but, dt is dt and whenever we play the crows we keep thinking that tips is going to click

just look at Tippett's 09 ave vs 10 ave. he sucked balls when the going got tough and Adelaide started losing players and games. The question you need to ask about selecting Tippett is whether you believe that the Crows will return to form - and thus Tippett will - now that they dont have the injury concerns to start the year. The outlook for Adelaide is good by all accounts with Knights on track Andy Otten returning and no real injuries to worry about once the season proper starts.

If your answer is yes the Crows will be a better team then I reckon pick him.

Or you could just pick Cox but then no MPP

I would run 2 prem rucks and have tippet (GC) as back up and Petrie (MPP) in the forward line.

If you can get prem players you should and if your rucks get injured you have a back up.....
