Def: Goddard, Gibbs, Enright, Delideo, Adcock, Otten, Heppell (Coad, Toy, Puopolo)

Mid: Swan, Bartel, Anthony, D Swallow, Conca, Gaff (Harris, Mzungu, Callinian)

Rucks: Cox, Petrie (Smith, Hale)

Fwds: Rooey, Franklin, Didak, Brown, Gray, Knights, Krakoeur (Pretia, Butcher, Richardson)

Money Left: 317,600

I know this is a big risk, but i am going for the league win, not the car hence all the rookies. Obviously some of them might change, but do you guys think that there is too much of a risk with that many rookies. The money left over can be used as a protection against some of them backfiring. Any advice would be great, thanks

backline is fine
mids you rely on all your rookies playing in the first round - risky
rucks - going safe here with hale as backup
forwards - very risky imo a couple with injury concerns and at least 4 with no great job security
317 K left might need to use that in early rounds
as you said you are going for league win, but you need to very lucky with injuries and job security
Might pay of but unlikely imo

Great team - if you are going for league win have you considered getting KPP/cheapies/rookies from bris, mel, syd and freo as a strategy to tackle the three bye rounds?

I am going for league win strategy also and looking to try to plan my team with the byes being factored in - so far its looking something like this.....

DEF: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, B. Deledio, G. Broughton, J. Grimes, J. Adcock, A. Otten (D. Heppell, N. Duigan, P. Puopolo)
MID: M. Boyd, J. Selwood, K. Jack, D. Swallow, A. Krakouer, T. Mzungu (J. Green, M. Hibberd, M. Wallis)
RUC: A. Sandilands, S. Mumford (Z. Smith, T. Derickx)
FWD: L. Franklin, C. Sylvia, N. Riewoldt, M. Pavlich, B. McGlynn, P. Dangerfield, D. Prestia (R. Kerr, I. Smith, I. Callinan)
CASH LEFT: $21,300

if your going for a league win i def think starting with lots of rookies is the best option... you may cop some early losses but with your increasing bank balance you should come home strong with good trading.

personally, in about round 8 b4 i started upgrading rookies i was ranked 33,000 odd and finished 1700 odd by seasons end.

too many rookies in forwards .. and why have so much money left over?? get your team right now with rookies that will go up in value but not heaps of them lik eu have.. just have good bench rookies and a few on field... at the end of the day u only have 24 trades and take into consideration injuries... u need a lot more keepers in ur team espcially with that many rookies and only 24 trades....
