Nick Lower could be worth a punt on due to Anthony Morabito being out for the season. Roger Hayden being out for the first half of the season. Or is he too expensive being around 140 to 150 grand?

Morobito is out for 2011 he needs a Knee recon and Haydens foot is playing up so he won't play much either.

probably wont pick him purely because i do not rate him as a player.

Nick Lower dominates the SANFL.

There has been quite a few players that have been great at SANFL and couldn't take the step up to AFL level.

His twin brother who has been given more opportunity to play than Nick is looking like getting delisted end of this year.

I reckon Mzungu could be an interesting option given Morabito and Hayden being injured.

valk brings clarity once again... he never showed enough on ports list, i dont think he can step up to afl level

I think he was brought in as a mature body backup to be an inside midfielder if things dont work with Ibbo and Palmer doing the job (Ibbo has been talked up to moving to an inside mid type role over here in the West)

I remember reading that one from an article or an interview from the Freo web site.  Definitely got the Freo supporters over here talking about it.  Not sure he is a strong enough body to play that role but "In Harves we trust"
