what are people's thoughts on this guy?

a lot of people seem to have liam anthony who is about the same price with a small discount. from what i've seen though, this guy seems to have a lot of upside, pumped out some big scores in 09, did pretty well in the matches he played last season and seems suited to dt.

Good shout for a unique.

Had an interrupted pre-season last year and could be underpriced as a result.

A lot of Dees fans were disappointed with his season last year compared to his talent and I think his interrupted pre-season played a large role in that.

I know several gun fantasy footy players were very keen on him prior to the pre-season injury last year and this year could be a better bet.  There's starting to be a bit of competition in the Melbourne midfield, but with Bruce missing, he could be the playmaker from half back and score really well.

Scully, Trengove, Sylvia, Petterd, Moloney, McKenzie, Gysberts, Jetta, Dunn, Blease, Bail, Davey and Jones (with Grimes running through as well) means little time on the ball for Cale Morton as his role will now have to adapt to a high rotative policy and roles in the forward line?
Will hopefully have beefed up the upper body frame a little, to allow him to use his height to advantage in the one on one marking contests.

and me  ;)

He can't be that unlucky could he (Anthony)?  ::)

MTTY

Would be a pretty decent option as he shouldnt be tagged, its just he tends to go missing for parts of games and is a little inconsistent
