This is my second year in DT, id love to be in a league, with top 10k asspirations. Is anyone starting a league with people at that level?

Gods, Gibbs, Swan, Montagna, Bartel and Voldt pick themselves
Goodes, Pav, Dids, Cox there for consistancy
Adcock, Vince, Brown are all underpriced to start the year
Otten, Petterd, Krak, Petrie feel all are worth the risk
Mzungu, Richardson, I.Smith, Hibbard, Cripps are all hopefully good to start rd.1


7 Gold Coast Cheapies, Big risk potential big reward. Atleast 4 to be traded out b4 rd 9. Aslong as i get no donuts in rd1 it should work out with 2 per line and 1 ruck

I think i need help with my 4th ruck Charman is only a half chance to get a game with the lions behind clark and the burger. Whos a dirt cheapie likley to play 12+ games?

two gold coast per line and one ruck isnt too much i reckon as you only need to make sure your starting team is playing round 1 and then you have the gc players to make cash and be upgraded, only thing is make sure that are good GC players, as i would imagine they will rotate a few players in and out until they work out a good line up at AFL level

do you know why toy and coad only played 4 games?

my only suggestion would be to strengthen your forward line a bit by downgrading your mids

Toy was unable to leave school and the state to be with his family, unsure about Coad. Will try to look that up.

I'd drop Vince who is a gr8 player but struggles with his knee. I'd even get rid of another experienced mid and throw in 2 1st round pics who will play from round 1. (Swallow, Gaff, Polec) this should give you some cash to improve your fwd line. It's easier to find new players who will score good in the mid than in the fwd or backline who's scores will generally fluctuate because they're not always on the ball. Something you can do with your ruck is put Petrie in the fwd line, make your 2nd interchange player a rookie MPP player (ruck/fwd) who can swap with Petrie if you ever get stuck and this should give you some money to get a 2nd experienced ruckman. There's still a fair bit in my opinion that could improve this team as A.Krakouer, I.Smith and Dixon won't definitely play in round 1 unless they show something in the NAB cup.

nice team, downgade a mid to a rookie and upgade the fwd line. do u know when when the 2011 prostectus come out in brisbane book shops? cheers

Thanks for the advice I down graded Delelio to Heppell i had him for Mpp so i havent lost that.
Going to watch Krak i have 4 forward premiums so happy atm, going for a league win so growth is important to me at the start of the year with 4,5,6 byes.

I got my Prospectus delivered cost $50. Huge amount of reading

def: watch adcock over pre-season....not sold on him yet, don't know much about mckenzie.....is he def or mid??
mid: petterd..... downgrade, use cash elsewhere or bank it
ruck:not sure on cox, other more reliable choices....and charman NO, maybe bailey
fwd: watch pre-season, but prestia should be better than dixon

overall think team is good

and think GC risk is good, am doing likewise.......l hav 7 in my team :-\

your gonna have a very average score until u do some serious trading of all your cheapies/rookies that u have in your forwards and backs

you have too much cash on you midfield bench, there are plenty of cheapies out there, use that money to upgrade ur other positions
