put T.Mzungu into the midfield bench and replace Didak with someone under 420k (M.Murphy, Stanton, K.Cornes, T.Boak, J.Kelly or L.Anthony)

Then replace B.Green with Didak. Therefore still use of mmp but not wasting a midfield position with Didak. plus if you go down to L.Anthony you'll have an extra 50k.

other concerns are starting Heppell and Matera (although I still believe both will get game time) and not having Sandilands - this is where the extra cash could go towards.

This is just stuff I would do. good team though - your choice of premiums is perfect.
