If he his MPP this season, I'll probably fit him somewhere. By all reports he and most of his team mates have had big pre-seasons.

I get the feeling most of those stories are for membership... but Stanton always has big pre-seasons he had a big one last year too. If he's B/C (I highly doubt it) then yeah he's worth a look but don't read too much into him having a good pre-season.

Yeah agreed powerman, I recall he pumped out 163 vs the tigers in a nab cup game last year, didn't mean a lot did it ? I will look at him as an alternative for grimes...

Needs to return to his kick first gamestyle for him to be considered. Don't get me wrong Stanton is a jet with a great tackle count, but to move to that top teir of player (425k+) then you're going to want a 105+ average.
Will watch NAB to see if he is given any forward goal kicking responsibility which just may lift that average into top teir territory.
