Yeah that's true BOOMZ he has had a few injuries but it seems that West Coast rate him and will give him every chance to cement a spot in their midfield. Even if he cant cope with a full season in 2011 he will make a stack of money if he gets early opportunities which i think he will.

+1 TT

I know what you're saying Boomz, I've seen his injury history. Barlow, he is only 12k more than swallow and 27k more than gaff...really not much more to pay for the proven player! It all comes down to personal preference and your cost/benefit analysis. Of course he will not be a keeper but I will take the minimal risk and bank on him out-scoring the other rookies. If he does this consistently he will easily make up for the extra 25k. Another good call TT, if foley is looking fit then I will also consider him for this spot

Thanks mate.

We certainly agree on this one LiveTheDream. It is minimal risk selecting a guy for 224k who has been in the system for three years now and is in a side where he will get oppurtunities. If it goes pear shaped with an injury or poor form he can easily be downgraded or upgraded if another rookie makes you some cash.  Foley is also a good player who if fit will be a really good option.
