Can anyone tell me if there is a list of likely Supersub players already compiled for each club?

I understand there are many variables to consider, just thought a basic list would be helpful.

Thanks for your input. If you are right, I have 4 players on your list that are in my side

Adelaide : Callinan
Collingwood : Krakouer
Hawthorn : I. Smith
Gold Coast : Prestia

May have to make some changes. All MPP players as well.

Cheers :)

I have 3 of those in my side as well, dont forget that is just my opnon.. My reason for Krakouer is he is the sort of player that can fill any role on the field, fwd back or midfield although Leon Davis could also do the same..
With Callinan he is similar to Krak, play any role on the field..
Smith I can see being used as a sub because he will give the hawks exceptional run and carry towards the end of a game..

no way prestia would be subbed off/on maybe sam day or somone else i would of thought prestia would play all games and not as sub

i think a perfect example could be pettigrew, is fairly quick, can play on smalls and talls, defence or forward, and he's not a player who can change the course of a game, so it would'nt matter if he to the team if he sat on the bench for 3/4's

I think Kerr will be the most successful sub if WC chose to go down that path. When he was killing it, he would always come on at the 14 minute mark of the quarter and rip the game to shreds. Worsfold will remember this, and can see the advantage of Kerr not having to play a full match. But i think Q will be the man. See below for reasons why.

Everitt looks likely for Syd. He can play forward, back, on a wing, or even in the ruck. He can replace anyone. I see Liam Jones doing the same thing for the Bulldogs this year. McKernan for Adelaide. Goldsack for Collingwood.

Other teams will bring on a runner due to having excellent ruck stocks who dont look out of place elsewhere. Hille/Ryder, Sandilands/Johnson and Leuenberger/Clarke are prime examples. Teams with inferior rucks probably wont want to have to keep the 2nd ruck on the ground for the whole match, because most are a liability.

think i smith will be at the start for the hawks, since hodge is going to be nursed through the early part of the season

STK- Ledger
SYD- Parker
WCE- Darling
WB- Skinner

I reckon Tyson Goldsack for the Pies. He's recovering from being sick, and is versatile.

Hodge for Hawthorn? He might be subbed off, but he won't be a sub IMO

HAWTHORN captain Luke Hodge says he might be the club's first substitute.Asked if he could play as a substitute, he said: "That could be a possibility."
