Another option is to keep people from this season on the Personality of the year. All the new ones can join an Up and Comers Personality Of The Year thread? Only for those who started posting in 2011?

I already got the FF sexiest ;):-[

Maybe previous winners of other awards could be bolded on the poll list as recognition of their achievement.

Then, at season end, the top 3 or 5 finishers could go to a jury of their peers for discussion on who to be awarded the final honour.

It is a Personality award, not a popularity award after all.

Which then says, who is involved in that jury?

Too hard - it's probably easier to let the numbers decide :P
