Say a player ends at 24th of January at 23:59 and you win him but he doesn't transfer to your team until the 25th it will be counted from the 25th, from when he goes in to your senior squad :)
So when they sell.

I know it starts when they join your team, but for example with Dunn it said I had had him in my Squad for 93 days I think when I put him up, but then he spends 3 days on the TM, so do I end up with 96% or just 93%?

I agree with you, that extra 3 days can be the difference between going into the negatives or staying over $0 ;)
