EPL Suspension Rule?

does anyone here know what the rule is for English Premier League and A-League, especially EPL, about the yellow card suspension rule. like is it something like 2 yellows in the space of 3 games or something like that? and it then equals one game suspended??

5 yellows in a row in EPL is a suspension i think..

Not in a row Hilly.
5 yellows will pick you up a one match suspension (don't have to be in a row), but that is for any domestic competition not just the EPL so the cards still count from the FA cup etc...
