Looking to get Hurn and Drummond at around that price. Won't be able to fit him in.

I must agree with this.
I had him last year and he was pretty good, this year he doesn't represent the same value, and I can't see him improving.

When he was picked last year he was picked on price, as an upgradeable player. No one thought he would have the season he had.
This year he's not under that criteria and you can't afford to pick him with the likes of Hurn and Drummond around.
