After sitting out SC last year I thought I'd use fanplanner to Super size my McDream Team for 2011.

It was over budget by 23k :P

I made one change to include Majak Daw in the ruck and the following team comes in with $241,700 left.....

BACKS - Hodge, Deledio, Scotland, Doughty, N. Krakouer, Otten, McKernan (bench-D.Grimes, X.Clarke, M.Coad)

MIDS - Swan, Boyd, K. Cornes, L. Anthony, N. Foley, D. Harris (bench-D.Swallow, A.Krakouer, M.Wright)

RUCK - Sandilands, Petrie (bench-M.Daw, Z.Smith)

FWDS - Riewoldt, D. Thomas, S. Johnson, Pavlich, Knights, Hardingham, Veszpremi (bench-A.Hooper,B.Matera,D.Talia)

Can a DT be competitive in SC or what changes should be made?

Backs: Again with the 3 starting crows  :-\ also look to get those 2 rookie pick ups, campbell from north i think and i am not gonna try and spell the freo guy. scotland getting on in years too and not sure how krak will do at the coast

Mids: I don't mind your mids apart from the fact you don't have any MPP connectivity whatsoever

Rucks: No point having petrie and daw on the same line, may as well go daw to a ruckman who is actually playing and if you want MPP between rucks and fwds put daw up front

FWD: Good line except for hardingham, showed a bit this year but may suffer second year blues, you have plenty in the back so try and upgrade him i reckon.

not a big fan but nice attempt.
scotland and doughty 30+ with no upside and arent cheap either.
Kane Cornes is more of a DT player and try and get swallow on field.
Nice rucks. and good forwards barring hardingham.
people seem to like stevie J even though i hate his inconsistency so ill let u go there. 5/10 nice attempt though  :)

McRooster

5/10.

BURN! Back to the McDrawing board, that top 1200 finish from 2yr ago seems so far away  :P

Maybe take it to the McBin and restart it?

I reckon if you have selected swallow you should really start him on the park.  Another point i will make is Scotland is past his prime and there is a host of mid priced back to fill that posi.
