exactly.. and the players will play for him.. they love him.. all the players from 2007 and back will stay but Mcveigh, Watson, Fletcher, Lovett-Murray, Stanton and Hille will love it and they will do what there told.. they will love playing for him thats what you need in a coach.. someone who the players love and will play for and no doubt they will play for him..

improvement from here on in.. as he said can't get anymore rock bottom than this and will only improve..

I agree give Hird a chance but you cannot say he will be a great coach because if we are going by history he won't be.

HH, It's not really what you need because he won't be capable of making harsh decisions on players he's mates with & has played with.

he doesnt want the player to see him as his mate.. he said that he is the coach he will drop anyone if he needs to..

im saying that the players that played with him will love it instead of williams and laidly or even if knights stayed..

and i have never said that he will be a great coach.. i just believe what he says about improvement.. but then again people did believe him about not coaching essendon..
