He could coach next year....
Bucks is stepping up and although he has another job at Collingwood he could walk out Voss style 8)

Haha it would be easy, just delist Didak,Maxwell,Pendlebury and Swan, and make Leigh Brown Captain.

Mick's contracted at Collingwood until 2013 (coach 2011, head of coaching 2012-13). End of story. You guys gonna wait that long?
