Im trading Raines out tomorrow for sure, but only question is should i get houlihan or gilbert?

Im undecided, any ideas?

have 50k in the bank aswell if that matters

Houlihan has free reign, better midfielders get the attention at carlton. I like gilbert but he spends alot of time down back where as houlihan gets to run in the midfield and goes up forward

i have houlihan, and am very happy with him so far!

i also have raines, so am seriously considering trading him for gilbert or hurn...

can anyone enlighten me on gilbert? i noticed he has racked up 2 good scores so far, seems to get a few marks and kicks, but what is a realistic score to expect from him???
does he have any injury concerns???
does he have a secure spot in the team???
does he tackle??

thanks.

Gilbert is young and I reckon is on the cusp of a breakout year. He is athletic and can play both tall and short. Saints have this year said they'll play him where needed whether that be in defence or up forward. Either way he's in their best 22.

Will he do better than Houlihan? Who knows, probably not, but he has a more durable body than Houlihan who is injury prone.
