to trade or not to trade?

PLease help. i have 2 trades left and 91,400. Not sure whether to trade this week and give me a better chance to make grand final or hope i win this week and have the advantage of being able to trade next week. here is my team. please offer any suggestions. My opponent has swan as captain. I could trade someone to a cheapie then upgrade martin to swan. Or could trade say martin for bartel and waters for scotland. What would you do? I have a slightly better team than my opponent.
