I have had bartel all season with Selwood..

Although selwood can get a 90 here and there, when he fires, he really fires.

As for Bartel, he has copped a tag a few times this year and not coped at all.  If Gary Jnr leaves to Gold Coast, I'd imagine the brownlow medallist to cop more tags next season... perhaps lower scores?

I've been thinking about this a bit lately. Bartell has one of the best record's in the history of DT, but he's been off the boil this year (compared with past seasons) and he is at an age when those little niggles appear more frequently and become more debilitating. I'll probably still pick him up next year, but if I had to choose one or the other, I'd pick Selwood.

Love the way he plays. Innovative, hard at it - brilliant at drawing high tackles/free kicks and i definitely agree he's poised for further dominance if Ablett goes. Out of the two of them it'll be Selwood for mine. Both this year and next
