who to start/bench? Mids/Defence

Hi ladies and gents,
I am having trouble deciding who to start in my mids this week. Usually i play ROK and Palmer on the field with Leon Davis on the bench.
I dont now if i should give ROK another chance this week or start Leon who is slowly getting back into some form. Help me decide by filling out the poll.

Im also having the same trouble in my defence, please leave a comment of who to start out of Kenelly ( v cats), J. Hunt (v swans) or Goose (v melbourne).

I reckon bench leon neon for sure. You can't rely on him whereas O'keefe is a good chance to bounce back as he really let himself down last week. Palmer's been in good form and normally plays well at Subiaco.
As for your defence I'd start Maguire just based on consistency. Kennelly could score between 70-100 but he could also bust out another 30-odd. I don't rate Hunt as anything more than good bench cover.

Palmer against WCE, no Adam selwood means their midfield will be even worse then normal.
