Good Point. Still super competative this year.
Bad Point. Will not be able to replace star players as they get older.
Special. Some younger players show potential, such as Varcoe and Hawkins. Still have a lot of players that are only in there mid 20's and should be around for another 5 years or so.

Bad point: There stars are starting ageing.
