Flagging interest for an 'Odds' website.

The last couple of years, a friend of mine who is very computer literate, has been coming up with official premiership odds based on scores so far this year, variation, and who is left to play, and simulating matches. They are remarkably similar to the actual AFL flag odds, and I think adds a cool dimension to the game.

For instance, in one of my leagues, the odds for the flag are:

$2.44 - Purple 77's
$3.44 - Ossie's Antelopes
$4.64 - Uber |\|0(|(|`/s
$14.10 - Pie Carnage
$45.16 - Sheedy's Stars
$50.31 - DiBells HellsBells
$97.68 - Nutty NeepyCats
$201.35 - Gramps Champs
$241.11 - Psychotic Penguins
$520.43 - @#%!


With the other 6 teams out of contention. My friend is the 'psychotic penguins' so clearly he isn't the best at the game himself! These odds despite Pie Carnage currently sitting undefeated and 14-0, he has been very lucky and currently sits 6th on total points!

I've been trying to convince my friend to create a website for next year's season.  Where you enter your league details and odds for the flag are generated! Other odds he generates are:


Odds of making the finals
Odds of finishing top
Odds of runner-up (and any position)
Head-to-head odds

So, my question is, how many people would be genuinely interested in a site like this? If I can drum up enough interest, I reckon I could convince him.

(clearly, the odds can't be bet on lol).

Sounds good. We normally just make up odds in one of my leagues but to have some actual maths behind the odds would be great

a whole website dedicated to just odds on fantasy leagues? i dunno. but as another aspect of a site like fan footy it could be very interesting.
